In this personal one-on-one training, I treat you as a whole individual by looking at your overall mobility, muscle imbalance(s), body composition, and fitness level. With that data, I develop a program with strength and cardiovascular exercises based on your capabilities, needs, and goals that you want to achieve. I teach you proper form and technique so that you can work out properly and without injury on your own, if you choose, when we are not in a training session. Training is available virtually.
