In these group virtual classes, taught over Zoom, I will lead you through exercises that focus on improving core strength, muscular strength and endurance, balance, and flexibility, with attention to breathing and mindfulness. You will be able to take what you learn in class and apply it to your daily life-improving your overall quality of living. When you can move and breathe better, you feel better.
Classes meet every Wednesday and Friday at 10:15 AM PST.
