In these coaching sessions, I feel it is really important to educate you on nutrition, I spend time helping you learn the basic components and give you the tools so you can choose healthy options and remove the stress around mealtimes.

 

I will help you look closely at what you are eating, your habits, and any underlying issues that may be holding you back, and address them. I will show you how to plan your meals to ensure that you consume the proper portions and balance to meet your needs.
